We spend a lot of time obsessing over the little things—like exactly where the electrodes sit and using high-purity quartz. The result? You get a much stronger stream of UVC light without spiking your power bill. It’s just more efficient. But a quick heads-up: when you pack that much power into a small space, things get hot. Really hot. If you’re sliding these into a tight conveyor housing, make sure your exhaust fans are actually doing their job. If the heat builds up, you’re looking at warped materials or a bulb that burns out way too soon.
No “one size fits all” nonsense
We’ve all seen those catalogs with three “standard” sizes that don’t actually fit anything. Most of you are running legacy machines with weird dimensions and odd connectors. That’s why we don’t do catalogs. We build your lamps to your exact specs so they just… fit. No hacking, no rigging, just a clean drop-in replacement. We also use reinforced end-caps to keep the mercury vapor where it belongs and treated glass that doesn’t “soak up” the UV light. Instead of the light getting trapped inside the tube as heat, it goes exactly where it’s supposed to: straight into the ink.
